Paresh Ranpara, Director (Personnel), NHPC, conducted a two-day visit to the NHPC Kishanganga Power Station on October 13-14, 2026. He was accompanied by Naveen Kumar Jain, Executive Director (Human Resources). Upon arrival at the Kishanganga Power Station, he was welcomed by Rajesh Ranjan, Power Station Chief, and other senior officials. The Director (Personnel) met with the station staff and reviewed the various activities and functions of the station. During the meeting, Ranpara encouraged all staff to work with complete dedication, commitment, and teamwork and actively contribute to achieving the Corporation's objectives. He commended the staff for their role in ensuring the smooth operation and power generation of the power station despite difficult geographical conditions. He also emphasized the importance of maintaining efficiency, coordination, and commitment to work. He visited the powerhouse and observed the operations and power generation activities there. Director (Personnel) also visited the residential complex at Bandipora and planted trees there to give the message of environmental protection and promotion of green environment.
