Transgressing all bounds of corporate decency, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) organized a ‘Bhangra Dance’ to accord a warm welcome to BP Global CEO.

According to sources, a very pathetic display of bowing down to imperialistic mindset by Chairman ONGC to fall at the feet of his counterpart, BP Global CEO while welcoming her to ONGC Corporate office was witnessed. It brought down the stature of national oil major company ONGC.

It is believed this was done to please decision makers to grant him another extension if the BP CEO puts in a word to the honorable Prime Minister in a meeting which was scheduled later in the day. The event manager of this welcome party was cautioned by ONGC CEO that this is going to be the most important day of his career and made sure the event was a success.

It is important to note that this kind of welcome is never accorded to an Indian CEO when they go to meet their western counterparts.
