BHEL likely to release promotion lists after July 21

The much sought –after lists of promotions upto General Manager level in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) are further getting delayed, due to foreign tours of Board members. The lists of the promotions are expected to be released only after July 21, 2026.
According to sources, Koppu Sadashiv Murthy, CMD will be on tour to Australia as a part of Prime Minister (PM) delegation from July 8 to July 10, 2026. Soon after returning from Australia, both the CMD, Murthy and S M Ramanathan, Director (Engineering, Research & Development) are scheduled to visit the USA from July 12 to July 21, 2026.
The Board is expected to approve the lists only after foreign tours. The Corporate office traditionally releases promotion lists on June 25 every year.
