Sunil Kumar is new Chairman, ONGC

Sunil Kumar, Executive Director, ONGC, has been appointed as Chairman, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Limited with effect from December 7, 2026. The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) has approved the recommendations made by Search-cum-Selection Committee (SCSC). He will succeed incumbent Arun Kumar Singh completing tenure on December 6, 2026.
