Appeal for austerity measures, a sense of doom hangs over country?

Prime Minister’s, of late, appeal to the citizens to lead an austere way of life is a harbinger of doom! His appeal shows that something is bad in store.
If talks fail, a fierce battle between Iran and America-Israel is inevitable.

The Trump Administration is said to have amassed a huge pile of arms and ammunition in the Middle East during the period of ceasefire being bent on fighting with Iran.
On the other hand, Iran is girding up its loins to respond to the attacks of America-Israel and engage in trading missiles and other weapons in the region.
The Government of India is concerned about the worst-case scenario; where there might be a collapse of the world economy.
Therefore, the Government of India is insisting on the citizens to lead an austere life by saving money and spending cautiously.
As a matter of fact to state that the government itself has been prodigal with public money while, as far as the public is concerned, it always adopts austerity measures due to living below subsistence wages. Charity always begins at home.
