The MC2Ignite Outreach Event in Bengaluru brought together distinguished leaders from industry, academia, research and the start-up ecosystem to explore opportunities and innovations shaping India's energy future.

The event featured Chairman & Managing Director, HPCL, Vikas Kaushal; Chief Executive Officer, MC² Foundation, Sandeep Maheshwari; Vice President – Research & Innovation and Chief Engineer, R&D, Shell, Ajay Mehta; Executive Director – R&D, HPCL, Vipul Kumar Maheshwari; Director, FIPI, Deb Adhikari; and Prof P S Anil Kumar, Dean – Administration & Finance, IISc Bengaluru, along with other eminent voices from the energy and innovation ecosystem.

The programme featured insightful discussions on energy-sector opportunities and R&D themes, start-up showcases and a panel discussion on re-imagining energy supply chains and materials for India's strategic autonomy.

A key highlight was the exchange of an MoU between MC² Foundation and IISc Bengaluru, strengthening collaboration between industry, academia and the innovation ecosystem to foster new ideas and accelerate solutions for India's energy future.
