GMDC presented a dividend cheque of ₹223.55 crore to the Government of Gujarat for FY 2025–26, as part of a total dividend payout of ₹302.10 crore to shareholders. With dividends to the State exceeding ₹1,050 crore over the last five financial years, GMDC continues to turn the value of Gujarat’s natural resources into a meaningful contribution to its growth. As GMDC strengthens its lignite business and advances its coal and critical mineral projects, it remains committed to responsible resource development and a stronger future for Gujarat.
