ALIMCO & MDI Gurgaon sign MoU
ALIMCO) and Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon signed an MoU today at ALIMCO Headquarters, Kanpur to strengthen managerial capabilities, leadership development, innovation and institutional capacity building.
The MoU was signed by Sanjib Arora, GM (P&A), ALIMCO and Dr. Sumita Rai, Dean–Industry Connect, MDI Gurgaon, in the presence of Praveen Kumar, CMD, ALIMCO and Dr. Mohita Maggon, Chairperson–MDP, MDI Gurgaon, along side Atul Rustagi, CFO, Ajay Chaudhary, GM I/c Corporate Marketing and Vivek Dwivedi, GM (I/c), Production form ALIMCO, Prof. Kedar Thakur, MDI-Gurgaon and gentry of senior officials from ALIMCO.
The collaboration will facilitate customised management development and certificate programmes covering Leadership, ESG & Sustainability, Public Sector Governance, Emotional Intelligence, AI and Industry 4.0.
The initiative marks a significant Industry–Academia partnership towards building future-ready leadership and strengthening institutional excellence at ALIMCO.
