WCL launches two new in-house digital portals
Under the visionary leadership of Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, CMD, WCL, and his commitment towards “Digital WCL” and enhanced transparency in organizational processes, Western Coalfields Limited today launched two new in-house digital portals on May 21, 2026.
The newly launched online transfer portal will enable non-executive employees to apply for Request, Mutual, and Temporary Inter-Area Transfers within WCL in a transparent and streamlined manner.
On the same occasion, the “Swagat Portal” for Visitor Management at WCL HQ was also launched to facilitate efficient and digital visitor management processes.
The portals were inaugurated by Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande in the presence of Bikram Ghosh, Director (Finance/HR), WCL, and Sandeep Paranjape, Director Technical (P&P), WCL.
All HODs of WCL HQ were present during the occasion. Team System and Team IR also demonstrated the features and functioning of the newly launched portals.
