Executive PhD scholars from the Indian Institute of Management Visakhapatnam gained valuable global academic exposure through an international campus immersion at Keele University, England.

Organised as part of their second-term curriculum, the immersion offered scholars an opportunity to deepen their understanding of Research Methodology and Ethics while engaging with diverse academic perspectives and international research practices.

Designed for working professionals with a minimum of ten years of experience at the officer or executive level, the Executive PhD Programme at IIM Visakhapatnam integrates professional expertise with rigorous academic inquiry. The programme encourages scholars to explore contemporary management challenges through research, generate meaningful insights for industry and academia, and contribute to scholarly publications.

The scholars expressed their gratitude to Prof. Chandrasekhar M, Director, IIM Visakhapatnam; Prof. Amit Shankar, Dean (Research); and Prof. Rambalak Yadav, PhD Chair, for their continued guidance and support in facilitating enriching international learning opportunities.

The immersion reflects IIM Visakhapatnam's commitment to fostering research excellence, global academic engagement, and knowledge creation that bridges theory and practice.
