Strong bonhomie among Secretary, two CMDs!
The strong bonhomie among the Secretary and two CMDs of central PSUs under his administrative control in the Government of India is talk of the town.
Is the existence of the Secretary depended upon these two CMDs? Whenever and wherever they are on foreign tours, they travel hand in hand. Is the presence of CMDs with the Secretary required to bear the extravagant spending on the foreign lands?
The CMDs owe loyalty to the Secretary, who stands by them through thick and thin, covering up their misdemeanors, blunders and dishonest acts.
Such unconditional bonhomie is being seen for the first time in any Ministry, Government of India and is extremely detrimental to the public exchequer.
