Shyam Awasthi likely to get additional charge of MD, HSCL
Shyam Awasthi, Director (Finance), is expected to be assigned an additional charge of Managing Director, Hindustan Steelworks Construction Limited (HSCL), a subsidiary of NBCC (India) Limited. A vacancy of MD, HSCL arose after the expiring term of incumbent T L N Reddy in January. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Awasthi started his career with Mirza International Limited (A Private Listed company) on February 1, 1997 and handled a wide range of responsibilities including leadership positions in the organization.
