It seems that SAIL PROJECT SCAM is a never-ending tale of loot and plunder. The moment we feel that this would be the last FAKE PROJECT, our investigation throws up another. Today we place before you the saga of Baidynath Sales & Logistics. A transportation company turned into a FAKE Project to sell 8,000 Tonne of TMT on heavy discounts by underhandedly using the DoP and pricing guidelines given to the Regional Manager of Eastern Region of SAIL CMO.

It is safer to
indulge in illicit trade with known entities
Now we take you to
the roller-coaster ride of connivance of SAIL officials with persons who were
known to them because of having dealings in their other firm(s) with SAIL.
We have already brought to your notice through our various
news articles on “SAIL PROJECT SCAM” that TMT
Bars were being sold to the SAIL Distributors at much higher price than the
FAKE PROJECTS. Both the materials were trading in the same market, posing
tremendous difficulty and business risk for the SAIL Distributors. Due
to complete indifference shown by SAIL towards their concerns, some SAIL
Distributors became FAKE PROJECTS in their other firms. As it was a
win-win proposition, SAIL officers very happily allowed the same. This is one more such case where Aman
Agencies, a long-standing dealer of SAIL TMT Bars, brought in one of their
other firms named Baidynath Sales & Logisticsas FAKE
PROJECT.
The principal place of business of
Baidynath Sales & Logistics is Jhounsagarhi, Prabhat Khabar Press, Deoghar,
Jharkhand. On the same address we found “Aman Agencies” with display board of
SAIL.
Aman Agencies is not only a dealer/distributor of SAIL TMT Bars, the operations of the Consignment Agency warehouse of SAIL in Deogharare also managed by them.
Gains all the way
Over 6,000 Tone was delivered to Baidynath
Sales & Logistics from the Consignment Agency warehouse of Deoghar. Apart
from cheap TMT Bars, additional revenue to the promoters from SAIL in the form
of handling/delivery charges.
