Cat guarding milk - Munish Ahuja, the Regional Manager who approved the low prices for the maximum volume of about 22,000 T , has been rewarded with the post of head of Sales in SAIL CMO.

Points to ponder for the honest well-meaning hearts and minds

1.      SNG Constns & Interiors - With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took GSTIN on Nov 11, 2021 at E-75, Sector-55, Noida, which is the residence of Sat Narayan Goyal [S N Goyal] and started lifting TMT Bars from first week of Feb 2022 from Ghaziabad branch of SAIL CMO.

Within a week the firm shifted to Durgapur branch and went on to lift about 20,000 T of TMT Bars from there on Direct Dispatch by Road with all the TMT Bars shipped to either Noida or Gurugram. Firm based in Noida, TMT Bars being shipped NCR, then how did Durgapur come into the scene?

Sources add that Munish Ahuja, the Regional Manager of Eastern Region in which the Durgapur branch lies, had closely known Goyal from the days when he was posted in NCR branches of SAIL CMO as Branch Manager. It may be noted that this is not the only FAKE PROJECT firm which Munish Ahuja brought from North to the Eastern Region. Other firms include: JRCL Infra Private Limited; J K Builders; Nikunj Udyog (A Unit of Surbhika Steels); Murti Infratech; Venkatesh Infra Projects P Ltd; Aone Infratech; Leelawati Contn Co etc.

2.      P2P Infra - With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took GSTIN on Feb 17, 2022 at a Noida based address. Starts lifting from Sep 2023 from the Jaipur Branch of SAIL CMO. All the TMT Bars were shipped to Noida. In addition, about 90% sales is through Direct Despatch by Road, then how did Jaipur come into the picture for a Noida based firm?

It has been gathered that T N Natarajan, the present Director [Commercial] approved the sales while he was Regional Manager of Western Region.

3.      Leelawati Contn Co - With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took GSTIN on Mar 10, 2023 at a Noida address with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Wholesaler/Distributor’ and started lifting from April 2023 from the Jaipur Branch of SAIL CMO and subsequently from Bokaro. TMT bars were also shipped to Noida, then how did Jaipur and Bokaro come into the picture?

4.      Precise Infra Projects - With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took GSTIN on July 31, 2023 at a Delhi based address with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Wholesaler/Distributor’ and started lifting from Aug 2023 from the Faridabad Branch of SAIL CMO and subsequently from Bokaro also.

5.      Excel Enterprises - With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took GSTIN on Feb 25, 2023 at a Delhi based address with the nature of core business activity as ‘Trader-Wholesaler/Distributor’ and started lifting from Sep 2023 from the Faridabad Branch of SAIL CMO.

6.      Noida Buildmart P Ltd – It is an old firm belonging to the family and involved in the hardware trading business for many years in Noida. Started lifting TMT Bars from the Ghaziabad branch of SAIL CMO from Feb 2021. As per SAIL Website, the firm is a dealer of TMT Bars for Noida.

7.      R J Infra Projects - With the sole purpose of getting TMT Bars from SAIL as a FAKE PROJECT, the firm took GSTIN on Apr 5, 2018 at a Noida address with and nature of business activities including ‘Retail Business’ and started lifting from June 2018 simultaneously from Faridabad & Ghaziabad Branch of SAIL CMO. Till 2020, the purchases were meagre but accelerated from 2021.

As per sources, Pankaj Arora, the proprietor of R J Infra Projects is also CEO of a trading business in Noida in the name of Shiv Traders [Shiv Steels]  which is one of the major stockist and project suppliers dealing in range of products including reinforcement steel (TOR/TMT), structural steel, plates, rounds and/or other steel items of all major manufacturers i.e. Steel Authority of India (SAIL), VIZAG, TATA STEEL, RATHI, JSW, JSPL etc.
