Paradip Port Authority is organising a two-day in-house training programme and workshop on Government e-Marketplace (GeM) on 13–14 October 2026, aimed at strengthening digital procurement practices and improving operational efficiency. The workshop, conducted by Ananda Kishor Mishra, State Coordinator and Trainer for Odisha, covers key areas, including: GeM Forward Auction Module: Leasing of assets, parking facilities and disposal/sale of scrap; Works and Service Tenders: Processes through the GeM portal; Digital Procurement: Enhancing efficiency, transparency and streamlining procurement processes; Officers from various divisions are participating in the programme to enhance their knowledge and skills in leveraging the GeM platform for efficient and transparent procurement.
