OMIFCO Chairman & KRIBHCO MD chair OMIFCO’s first ordinary general meeting
S S Yadav, Chairman, OMIFCO and Managing Director, KRIBHCO, chaired OMIFCO’s first Ordinary General Meeting following its transition to a public company in July 2026. Dr. Ahmed Said Al Marhoubi, CEO, OMIFCO, and other senior management members were also present. He commended OMIFCO’s management for the company’s outstanding financial performance and the effective conduct of the meeting.
