NTPC's Future Leaders Development Program (FLDP) on 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐲 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, conducted in collaboration with IIM Calcutta from 𝟏𝟖–𝟐𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, successfully brought together emerging leaders to strengthen strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.

The programme covered key themes including strategic innovation, digital transformation, AI adoption, business model innovation, data-driven decision-making, competition analysis, and growth mindset development. Participants also engaged in simulation-based learning and practical strategy formulation exercises.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the distinguished faculty members Prof. Biswatosh Saha, Prof. Prashant Mishra, and Prof. Debashis Saha, as well as  Dr. Abhinav Jindal and Ms. Rachana Singh Bhal, for their invaluable guidance and insights.
