Uttam Lal, Director (Personnel), NHPC, visited the Nimoo Bazgo Power station from May 24 to May 26, 2026. Upon his arrival at the power station, he was welcomed by the Head of the Power Station, Sanjay Kumar Rai, and other senior officials. The Director (Personnel) interacted with the officials—particularly the young Trainee Officers, Trainee Engineers, and Junior Engineers—and motivated them to actively contribute to the organization's growth, while also emphasizing organizational values and employee-centric policies. He also shared details regarding the proposed "Utkarsh Scheme," aimed at fostering young leadership development. Furthermore, he encouraged the officials and employees to participate regularly in sports activities and took part in the tree-plantation and signature campaigns organized as part of the 'Swachhata Pakhwada' (Cleanliness Fortnight). He also visited the Artillery Brigade stationed at Nurla, where he held discussions with senior military officers regarding civil-military cooperation and enhanced coordination.
