As part of our commitment to building a world-class safety culture, Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) hosted a Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS) Leadership Alignment Workshop for our Senior Leadership Team.

Guided by international safety culture expert Nick Wharton (Foreign Associate, British Safety Council), our executive team engaged in strategic alignment around BBS principles, proactive hazard identification, and actionable leadership strategies to ensure safety remains at the heart of everything we do.

When leadership leads by example, safe behaviors become an everyday culture. Together, we are building a safer, stronger future across all our operations!
