The 2nd half-yearly meeting of TOLIC, South Goa for 2025–26 was held under the Chairmanship of Dr. N. Vinodkumar, IPoS, Chairman, TOLIC South Goa & Chairperson, Mormugao Port Authority, with the participation of Heads & officials of member offices.

The occasion also celebrated excellence in Rajbhasha through felicitation of member offices for their commendable Hindi work and recognition of winners of various competitions organised under TOLIC.

The status of Official Language implementation was reviewed emphasising  on strengthening the use of Hindi in official work and giving greater momentum to Rajbhasha initiatives.

The active participation of member offices reflected a shared commitment to taking the Rajbhasha movement forward through collective efforts.
