Footwear Design & Development Institute (FDDI), an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharti Airtel Foundation to create meaningful academic, career awareness and experiential learning opportunities for students of Satya Bharti Schools and other schools supported by the Foundation.

Through this collaboration, FDDI will leverage its academic expertise, faculty resources and pan-India campus network to provide students with greater exposure to career opportunities in design, retail and allied sectors, while enhancing awareness of vocational and skill-based education pathways.

The partnership envisages career awareness sessions, academic engagement, outreach initiatives and experiential learning opportunities aimed at strengthening the connection between school education, higher education and emerging career pathways.

The MoU was signed by Vivek Sharma, Managing Director, FDDI, and Binu Nair, Chief Operating Officer, Bharti Airtel Foundation.

Through this partnership, FDDI looks forward to enabling young learners to explore diverse educational and career opportunities and empowering them to make informed choices for their future.
