Alok Tiwari, MD/DFCCIL, chaired a review meeting to assess the progress of ongoing works across the Dedicated Freight Corridor network.

The meeting was attended by Shobhit Bhatnagar, Director/OP&BD; Anurag Sharma, Director/Infra; Pawan K Rai, Director/PP; and B. Mugunthan, Director/Finance, and other senior officials of DFCCIL.

The discussions focused on the progress of ongoing works, key implementation aspects, and measures to strengthen coordination for timely completion. Particular emphasis was placed on expedited action on the directions and observations given by the CRB & CEO, Railway Board, during his recent inspections, further strengthening the pace of project execution across the corridors.

The Managing Director stressed the importance of continuous monitoring of works at all levels and enhancing visibility of project activities through camera-based monitoring systems. He emphasized leveraging real-time visual oversight and digital monitoring tools to improve supervision, facilitate faster decision-making, strengthen accountability, and ensure timely execution of projects across the Dedicated Freight Corridor network. He also directed officials to maintain close coordination among field units and project teams to achieve milestones efficiently and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety in project implementation.
