CMD SAIL Amerandu must know that ‘Actions speak louder than words’
He
is still in office till 6:00 PM today. Before bidding permanent adieu to SAIL,
hemust give answers to the questions instead of running away through rhetoric
and hollow words.
Today is the last day of Amerandu Prakash CMD SAIL in office.
You are aware that he has demitted his office in between his tenure which was
to end in May 2028.
In his farewell speech today at about 10 AM, while addressing
the employees of SAIL through ZOOM & YouTube https://www.youtube.com/live/osNayMsxfLw?feature=shared, he said the
following and we quote verbatim:
“हाल
के कुछ महीनों में internet
media पर मैंने कुछ खबरें देखीं । आप
सभी ने भी मुझ को message किया । आप ने आपस में बात भी की और दिखाया जिस में
कि ऐसा लगा कि SAIL के बारे में कुछ negative खबरें भी छपती हैं । दोस्तों हिन्दी फिल्में आप सब देखते हैं । हिन्दी
फिल्मों में एक फिल्म थी ‘अभिमान’ जिस का एक गाना
है मुझे याद आता है जिस के शब्द हैं ‘कुछ तो लोग
कहेंगे’। दोस्तों जब media में
कुछ खबरें sensationalize करने के लिए दिखाई जाती हैं,
कुछ कहा जाता है तो हम उस पर यही कहते हैं ‘कुछ
तो लोग कहेंगे’। मैं आपको ये भरोसा दिलाना चाहता हूँ कि आपकी company के अंदर, इस परिवार के अंदर transparency, probity and ईमानदारी का जो भाव है वो बिलकुल highest level पर है । ये company
पूरी तरह पारदर्शी है । हम जो भी काम करते हैं वो दुनिया देखती है और इस में कहीं
भी हमारे परिवार के किस सदस्य को कोई शंका नहीं होनी चाहिए कि हम पूरी पारदर्शिता
से पूरी ईमानदारी से सारे काम करते हैं और लोगों को कहने दीजिये और आप इस से ज़रा
भी विचलित मत होईए कहीं भी अपना संकल्प मत तोड़िए अपने मन में कोई शंका मत रखिए।
हमारी transparency हमारी ईमानदारी,
हम लोगों की क्षमता, हम लोगों की सूझबूझ,
और हम लोगों का संकल्प इन चीजों से बहुत बड़ा है और हम सब अपने रास्ते पर हमेशा
चलते रहेंगे, हमेशा आगे जाते रहेंगे”
