CMD highlights HUDCO’s contribution
At WUF13, HUDCO participated in the networking event “Mainstreaming Innovative Financing Mechanisms for Sustainable & Affordable Housing – Lessons from Indian Experience” organised by All India Housing Development Association.
Kuldip Narayan, JS(HFA), MoHUA ,shared insights on affordable housing, inclusive urbanisation and India’s commitment towards Housing for All.
Highlighting HUDCO’s contribution to financing housing for the urban poor, CMD, Sanjay Kulshrestha spoke on cross-subsidization financing models aligned with HUDCO’s motto “Profitability with Social Justice,” while emphasizing innovative financing for inclusive and resilient urban development.
The panel also featured Dr. Debolina Kundu, Dr. Barsha Poricha, Nilesh Rajadhyaksha and Kekhrievor Kevichusa, and was moderated by Ms. Maartje Van Eerd.
