Chidambaranar Port Authority organizes training session
V O Chidambaranar Port Authority organised a training session on “Conduct Rules and Conflict of Interest” for Heads of Departments, Deputy HOD-level officers and officials associated with relevant functions as part of Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2026.
The session was delivered by B Kasiviswanathan, IRSME, (Retd) Ex- Principal Chief Mechanical Engineer, Indian Railways former Chairperson of Cochin Port Authority and former Chief Vigilance Officer of ITI Limited, in the presence of Deputy Chairperson Rajesh Soundararajan, IAS, and Chief Vigilance Officer P Kavin Maharaj, IOFS.
Drawing on his extensive administrative and vigilance experience, Kasiviswanathan shared valuable insights into service conduct, ethical decision-making and the identification and management of conflicts of interest, reinforcing the importance of integrity, transparency and probity in public service.
