Central Silk Board Member & CSB officers visit cocoon market
Member Secretary Central Silk Board, Ministry of Textiles P Sivakumar, IFS along with CSB officers, visited the cocoon market at Hindupur on May 27, 2026 and reviewed cocoon trading activities & market operations. During the visit, he also inspected the new market building under construction and suggested submission of proposals for creating additional amenities & infrastructure facilities to benefit sericulture farmers & reelers. Officials of DoS, Andhra Pradesh accompanied.
