BEML Ltd successfully concluded its 62nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on 29 September 2026, bringing together shareholders to share company’s performance, key achievements, strategic priorities and future outlook.

Addressing the shareholders, Shantanu Roy, CMD, BEML, highlighted FY 2025–26 as a year of disciplined execution, operational resilience and strategic momentum across the Company’s diversified businesses. He also shared BEML’s achievement of its highest-ever revenue, order book, capital expenditure and R&D investments, reflecting its continued focus on growth, innovation and capability enhancement.

The year witnessed sustained growth across BEML’s Defence, Rail & Metro, Mining & Construction, and Infrastructure businesses, alongside significant investments in manufacturing capabilities, research and development, and continued progress on strategic national programmes. The CMD was joined by the Company’s Functional and Non-Executive Directors during the AGM.

The CMD also outlined the company’s outlook for FY 2026–27, highlighting its priorities across business growth, corporate governance, CSR and sustainability, while responding to queries raised by shareholders.
