Bank of Baroda continues to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth through meaningful customer engagement.

Raipur Zone organised a Customer Outreach Programme in the esteemed presence of Sanjay Vinayak Mudaliar, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda; Diwakar Prasad Singh, General Manager & Zonal Head, Raipur Zone; Prakhar Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Business Development), Raipur Zone; and the Regional Heads of Durg, Raipur and Bilaspur Region.

The initiative provided a platform to engage with New-to-Bank (NTB) and Existing-to-Bank (ETB) MSME customers, understand their banking requirements, and explore opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and expand the Bank’s MSME and agriculture business. The positive response from customers reflects their trust in Bank of Baroda and reinforces the Bank’s commitment to empowering the region’s business community.
