Bank of Baroda opens two new branches
Bank of Baroda achieved an important milestone in Rajkot with the inauguration of two new branches — SME Branch, Speedwell Chowk and Sadhu Vaswani Branch, along with the conversion of Kalawad Road Branch into a Phygital Branch on 3 October 2026.
The branches were inaugurated by Lal Singh, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, in the presence of Mukhtar Singh, General Manager & Zonal Head, Rajkot Zone; Sushil Kumar, DGM (Business Development); Manu Mittal RK, DGM (C&A); Vishal Kumar, DGM, Regional Head, Rajkot Region, along with other senior executives.
The Phygital Branches combine physical and digital banking services to deliver greater convenience, faster service and a seamless experience. They integrate self-service kiosks with personalised assistance, reinforcing the bank's commitment to innovation and customer-centricity.
These initiatives further strengthen Bank of Baroda’s commitment to bringing accessible, convenient and technology-enabled banking closer to customers, while expanding its reach across Rajkot.
