The inauguration was graced by Lal Singh, Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, and Krishna Kumar Singh, Zonal Head & General Manager, Surat Zone. The newly inaugurated Baroda Academy, the Bank's Staff Training Centre, and the Service Branch for Modern Cheque Truncation (CTC) mark another significant step in strengthening the Bank's learning ecosystem and operational excellence.

Speaking on the occasion, Lal Singh said that over the past few years, the Bank has made several strategic changes to adapt to the evolving needs and expectations of its customers by delivering a unique and world-class banking experience.

The Baroda Academy, equipped with modern learning infrastructure and digital facilities, will strengthen employee capabilities, while the upgraded Service Branch will enhance operational efficiency, enabling faster, seamless, and customer-centric banking services across South Gujarat.
