Krishna Kumar Thakur, who joined BHEL as Director (Human Resources) on July 4, 2023, appears to be professionally exhausted in two and half years in the big Maharatna PSU and decided to switch over to another Navratna PSU NMDC. Thakur, who belongs to an IRPS cadre officer, is in the list of candidates short-listed for the interviews being held on December 23, 2025 for the post of Director (Personnel), NMDC. A question arises as to why he is trying to join a smaller PSU than BHEL?
