Under the leadership of Bhupender Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director, SJVN Limited ‘Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 Campaign’ is being observed from 17th September to 2nd October 2026 at Corporate Headquarters, Shimla and across all the Projects of SJVN. He urged all to actively participate in cleanliness initiatives and emphasized collective efforts and shared responsibility towards advancing the vision of Swachh and Viksit Bharat.

To mark the commencement of Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 Campaign, Sh. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Director (Personnel), administered Swachhata Pledge to employees at Corporate Headquarters, Shimla. On this occasion Pankaj Porwal, CVO and other senior officials were also present. The pledge was also administered across all Projects and Units of SJVN.

The theme of this year’s campaign is “Swachhata Mein Sahbhag – Swachh Bharat, Viksit Bharat.” The campaign focuses on transformation of Cleanliness Target Units (CTUs) and high-footfall public places, greater youth participation in cleanliness initiatives and Swachhata se Samriddhi through circular economy and Waste-to-Wealth initiatives.

During the campaign, SJVN will undertake cleanliness drives, awareness programmes and community-oriented activities to encourage behavioural change and strengthen public participation in cleanliness and sustainable practices.
