GAIL (India) Limited has launched GAIL Agrima, a holistic Women Leadership Development Journey Programme designed for Senior Women Executives, conceptualised by GAIL Training Institute (GTI), Noida, in collaboration with SHRM.

The initiative was formally launched on 22 October 2026 by Ayush Gupta, Director (HR), at the GAIL L&D Hub, GTI Noida. In his inaugural address, Gupta described GAIL Agrima as a first-of-its-kind leadership journey for the Company’s women executives and encouraged participants to immerse themselves fully in the experience.

The inaugural session featured a keynote address by Ms. Pavitra Singh, CPO and VP, PepsiCo India & South Asia, who shared insights from her professional journey and engaged with the cohort on the unique challenges faced by women leaders and strategies to overcome them. Shri Praveer Agrawal, ED (Training) & OIC, GTI, also expressed his conviction that the GAIL Agrima Programme would be inspirational and rewarding.

The event was attended by the SHRM PSE team, led by  Ashissh Kaul, Senior Director – Consulting & Head, along with the Agrima participants and senior GTI executives.

Spanning six months, GAIL Agrima aims to strengthen GAIL’s leadership pipeline, unlock the potential of women professionals through structured mentorship, champion inclusivity at every level and foster a stronger culture of collaboration across the organisation.
