Shivakumar Subramaniam, ED, RCF, has taken over the charge as Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF). Shivakumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, MBA (Finance). He is a certified Costing Module-Consultant. He started his career with RCF in the year 1998 as Senior Officer (Finance). He has more than 27 years' experience in Fertilizer Industry and has handled various areas like Treasury, Taxation, Corporate Accounts, Corporate Financial Strategy, Fertilizer Policy and subsidy and Ministry Coordination etc. He has also been actively associated with evaluation of Projects, Project Financing and Investments in Joint Ventures.
