Prasad Barre appointed as Chief Financial Officer, ITI Ltd
Prasad Barre, General Manager-Corporate Finance, ITI Limited, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of ITI Limited. Dr Barre has over three decades of professional experience across Financial Institutions and Public Sector Undertakings.
Prior to Joining ITI Limited, he served in various capacities with National Housing Bank (NHB), IFCI Limited, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), and Sutlej Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (SJVNL). His areas of expertise include Corporate Credit, Stressed Asset Management, Project Appraisal, Accounting, Internal Audit, Payroll and Cash Management, and Investment Management.
Academically Dr Prasad Barre holds a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA (Finance), Postgraduate degrees in Commerce and Economics, a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Application and a Doctorate in Management Studies. He has also completed professional certification programmes in GST, IFRS and SAP, which are directly relevant to his functional responsibilities.
