Official Language Implementation Committee meeting held
The 166th meeting of the Official Language Implementation Committee was held at Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, under the chairmanship of the Chairman.
During the meeting, 'Rajbhasha Samman' (Official Language Awards) were conferred upon officers and employees who had performed outstandingly in the field of the official language. Ms. Mala Sinha (Senior Deputy Chief Accounts Officer, Finance Department), Ms. Rasika Dubey (Assistant Vigilance Officer, Vigilance Department), and the Board Meeting Room team of the General Administration Department were honored for their noteworthy contributions.
The meeting reviewed the progress of official language implementation over the preceding quarter and included discussions on further strengthening the effective use of Hindi.
