MMTC Ltd organizes AGM
MMTC Limited successfully organised its 63rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at its Corporate Office located at SCOPE Complex.
The meeting was chaired by Nitin Kumar Yadav, IAS, Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of the Company.
The AGM was held in the presence of other Board members, namely J S Mann, Director (Marketing & Personnel); AKM Kashyap, Non-Executive Government Nominee Director; K K Mishra, Director (Finance); and Daya Shankar, Nominee Director (MOC).
The AGM was conducted in a hybrid mode, combining both physical and virtual participation to ensure wider accessibility for shareholders.
Shareholders attended the meeting either in person at the Corporate Office, SCOPE Complex, or through the virtual platform.
The hybrid format facilitated seamless interaction and enabled greater participation.
Under the leadership of the CMD and with the presence of the Board members, the meeting proceeded smoothly and covered all the agenda items as scheduled.
