Jose V J, Director (Finance), Cochin Shipyard Limited, has been assigned an additional charge of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) after a one-decade tenure of incumbent Madhu S Nair came to end on January 31, 2026. Jose is a Cost Accountant by profession and joined the Company as Assistant Manager in 1995. He also holds a degree in Law from Government Law College, Ernakulam. He has approximately 31 years of work experience across diverse fields viz., financial management, strategic planning, risk management, forex management, budgeting and cost control.
