IIM Visakhapatnam hosted a fireside chat, “Leading What’s Next: From Experience to Readiness,” bringing together industry and academia to discuss leadership, professional readiness, skills and organisational transformation.

Moderated by Prof. Chandrasekhar M, Director, IIM Visakhapatnam, the conversation featured Shri. Raj Kumar Dubey, former Chairman, Indraprastha Gas Limited and former Director (HR), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, as the Chief Guest.

The discussion explored evolving leadership expectations and the need for professionals to build capabilities proactively amid technological and business transformation. Prof. M. Chandrasekhar highlighted the importance of combining managerial depth, digital fluency and resilience to lead organisations effectively.

The session was followed formal unveiling of the brochure for the fourth batch of IIM Visakhapatnam’s Winter Intake Executive MBA (EMBA) Programme.

Designed for working professionals, the two-year programme integrates advanced management learning with AI-enabled applications, industry insights and global learning exposure.
