Gurdeep Singh, Chairman of NTPC, was welcomed during his official visit to DVC Headquarters, Kolkata. He assumed the additional charge of Chairman, DVC.

During his visit, Singh held a meeting with the senior executives of DVC to discuss the Corporation’s ongoing initiatives and future roadmap. He also interacted with representatives of various employees’ unions, who met him and extended their greetings. As part of his visit, Singh toured the DVC Load Dispatch Centre (DVCLDC) and visited its Control Room to gain firsthand insight into the Corporation’s power system operations and grid management.

Under his leadership, DVC looks forward to further strengthening its commitment to securing the nation’s energy future in a sustainable and responsible manner while continuing its enduring legacy of regional development and nation-building.
