File of Raghuram for CMD, Hindustan Shipyard Ltd gathering dust at ACC
The post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Hindustan Shipyard Limited has been lying vacant since August 1, 2025.
However, Chandrasekharan Raghuram, Assistant Chief of Material, Navy, was selected to fill the vacancy, but he is still awaited for the appointment orders.
The Appointments Committee of Cabinet (ACC) is yet to approve the appointment of Raghuram who was selected among eleven short-listed candidates on January 28, 2026.
Capt. Ganti Venkateswarlu IN,(Retd), Director (Shipbuilding), is holding an additional charge of CMD.
