Dinesh Trivedi, High Commissioner of India to the People's Republic of Bangladesh, visited Land Port Petrapole and reviewed the key passenger and cargo handling facilities at the land port.

During the visit, he toured the Cargo Terminal and Passenger Terminal, gaining insights into the operational infrastructure and facilitation measures in place. He subsequently proceeded to Dhaka via Land Port Benapole.

The visit underscores the importance of land ports in strengthening connectivity, facilitating trade, and fostering people-to-people ties between India and Bangladesh.
