DFCCIL delegation holds meeting with CMD, SECL
A DFCCIL delegation led by Pawan Kumar Rai, Director/Project Planning, along with Sandesh Srivastava, ED/Project, and Souvik Sengupta, GM/Coordination/Kolkata, held a high-level meeting with Harish Duhan, CMD, South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL); Tarun Prakash, General Manager, South East Central Railway (SECR); Mudit Bhatnagar, CAO/Construction, SECR; Ashish Mishra, CPM/CON (South), SECR; and Rakesh Ranjan, DRM/Bilaspur, SECR.
The discussions centred on strengthening institutional coordination and fostering a shared roadmap for the timely execution of the East West Dedicated Freight Corridor (EWDFC)—a landmark infrastructure project that will redefine freight mobility across the nation. Deliberations focused on accelerating project implementation, resolving critical interfaces, and ensuring seamless collaboration in the corridor's development.
The meeting underscored the importance of partnership-driven progress in delivering infrastructure of national significance and advancing the broader objectives of capacity enhancement, logistics efficiency, and economic growth.
