BPCL marked a proud milestone with the GURU Felicitation Ceremony, led by the Centre of Excellence (Marketing) and graced by Subhankar Sen, Director (Marketing) and Pushp Kumar Nayar, Director (Human Resources), along with business and entity heads.

The ceremony recognised 67 GURUs from across BPCL’s businesses and major entities, celebrating their invaluable role in strengthening the organisation’s knowledge and learning ecosystem. Representing diverse functions including Retail, LPG, Gas, Lubricants, Aviation, HSSE, Finance, Industrial & Commercial and more, these knowledge champions embody BPCL’s belief that expertise within the organisation is one of its greatest strengths.
