Anupam Misra to succeed Sanjiv Kumar Singh as CMD, HCL
The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has selected Anupam Misra, Director (Marketing), The Fertilizers and Chemicals Travancore Limited for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Hindustan Copper Limited. He will succeed Sanjiv Kumar Singh completing tenure in June this year. Misra was selected among five shortlisted candidates.
Anupam holds Bachelor of Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur and PGDM from IIM, Lucknow.
He is a General Management professional, with 27+ years’ experience in the area of marketing/International Trading with rich hands-on experience in Industrial raw materials, Agro- Commodities, Engineering Goods and Projects in multi-commodity and multi-market B2B context.
He joined FACT on July 14, 2020 as Director (Marketing). Prior to joining FACT, he was Director (Marketing) for four years at PEC Ltd, a PSU under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He was previously working as General Manager (Marketing) at STC of India Ltd., New Delhi.
