The Corporate office of NLC India Limited, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Coal, Government of India, has been advertising various technical and non-technical posts and filling vacant posts from time to time. This time, a rat is being smelt in the process of recruitment.

According to reliable sources, the NLC conducted interviews in bulk and declared the results the same day or next day without recruitment procedure.

It is alleged that the NLC showed favouritism towards candidates and declared the results at once and rest candidates were deprived of selections.

A deep and thorough investigation is required to clear the allegation in the recruitment process. Presently, Prasanna Kumar Motupalli is the Chairman & Managing Director of the company and ending his tenure in June this year.
