YEIDA Corpus Fund Investment Regulation 2026–27
With the objective of ensuring the long-term maintenance of civic infrastructure and financial sustainability in the YEIDA area, the YEIDA Corpus Fund Investment Regulation 2026–27 has been prepared.
Under this arrangement, One-Time Lease Rent and other eligible non-recurring receipts will be kept separately in a Corpus Fund and invested securely in accordance with prescribed rules.
The interest earned from such investments, along with permissible amounts, will be utilised for the maintenance and repair of roads, water supply, sewerage and drainage systems, street lighting, parks, green belts and other civic amenities in the Authority’s area.
The Corpus Fund will ensure financial discipline, transparency and monitoring in the Authority’s general and operational expenditure. Through this policy, YEIDA has taken an important step towards establishing a long-term and sustainable financial mechanism* for the continued maintenance of civic amenities alongside the increasing pace of development in the region.
2 Development of a Multi-Modal Logistics Park
YEIDA is undertaking an important initiative under Master Plan–2041 for the planned development of logistics and warehousing activities in the Authority’s area.
In accordance with the U.P. Multi-Modal Logistics Park Policy–2024, the Board of Directors has approved the process for development of a Multi-Modal Logistics Park and for making plots available to eligible investors through e-auction.
This initiative is expected to promote investment, employment and modern supply-chain infrastructure in the YEIDA area and contribute to developing the region as a major logistics hub.
Agra Urban Centre – Master Plan 2041
YEIDA is working towards finalising the Master Plan–2041 for the Agra Urban Centre.
In this regard, the revised Master Plan report had earlier been presented before the Authority’s 88th Board Meeting, following which objections and suggestions were invited from the general public.
