The 33rd AGM of Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) was held at NRL Centre, Guwahati, under the chairmanship of Dr. Ranjit Rath, Chairman, NRL & CMD, OIL, in the presence of Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan, MD, NRL, Directors, shareholders and senior officials.

Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rath highlighted NRL’s remarkable growth and its elevation to Navratna status, along with its strong financial and operational performance during FY 2025-26.

NRL recorded a net worth of ₹18,912 crore, revenue from operations of ₹26,393 crore and PAT of ₹3,057 crore, registering a growth of over 90%. The refinery also achieved 103% capacity utilisation, along with record Motor Spirit production of 727 TMT.

The Numaligarh Refinery Expansion Project (NREP) achieved 87.1% physical progress, marking another significant milestone in NRL’s growth journey.

A post-AGM media briefing was also held, with journalists engaging with the Chairman on NRL’s growth, initiatives and future plans.
