As many as 10 officers of different services have been empaneled for holding Joint Secretary of Joint Secretary equivalent posts in the Government of India. They are: B Sriramachandra Murty, ITS (1995); Ashwin M. Kotnis, IPS (TN:2003); Anand Chekkilla, Prem Chand Lochab, Satish Kumarm, Sumit Garg, Vipin Pal Singh all of 2002 batch IRSEE officers and Amit Sinha, Brijesh Kumar Pandey and Vinamra Mishra all of 2002 batch IRSME officers.
