WCL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with IMT Nagpur, marking another significant step towards strengthening leadership development and building future-ready talent. The collaboration will facilitate the delivery of state-of-the-art Executive Development Programmes (EDPs) for WCL's senior and middle-level executives, enhancing their strategic, managerial and leadership capabilities. The MoU was signed in presence of Dr. Hemant Sharad Pande, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, WCL, Bikram Ghosh, Director (Finance/HR), WCL by M K Gupta, GM/HOD (E&M/HRD), WCL, and Dr P Janaki Ramudu, Dean (Research), IMT Nagpur. Other senior dignitaries from IMT Nagpur, including Dr. Rajneesh Chauhan, Director and Dr Abhishek Narain Singh, Chairperson (EDPs) were prominently present on the occasion. Through this partnership, WCL aims to enhance the strategic, managerial and leadership competencies of its executives, creating a strong pipeline of future-ready leaders.
